A web app designed for reviewing tasks, assessments (and much more) via recorded videos, be it via phone, camera, drone or smart glasses using Remote Reviewers. It utilizes the xAPI Standard to store data in a Learning Record Store (LRS), making it truly interoperable.

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using Remote Reviewer, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the software.
2. License The Digital Learning Guy grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use Remote Reviewer for the purpose of document review and collaboration. The license is granted solely for your personal or business use and may not be used by third parties.
3. Restrictions You agree not to use Remote Reviewer for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You may not modify, adapt, translate, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on Remote Reviewer. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of Remote Reviewer.
4. User Content Remote Reviewer allows you to upload and share documents with other users. You are solely responsible for the content that you upload and share using Remote Reviewer. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload and share the content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
5. Privacy The Digital Learning Guy collects and uses your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Remote Reviewer, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
6. Termination The Digital Learning Guy may terminate this agreement and your license to use Remote Reviewer at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using Remote Reviewer.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties Remote Reviewer is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Digital Learning Guy makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of Remote Reviewer, the security of your data, or the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content provided by Remote Reviewer.
8. Limitation of Liability The Digital Learning Guy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of Remote Reviewer, even if The Digital Learning Guy has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This agreement is governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction] and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].
10. Entire Agreement This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and The Digital Learning Guy regarding the use of Remote Reviewer.
